COVID-19 STATEMENT

 

Paula’s Mobile Notary & Signing Services, LLC is happy to continue to offer our services during the current COVID-19 crisis.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we follow:

1. 1. 1. 1. 1. 1. The Centers For Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and  recommendations
               2. All city, state and local health orders.
               3. The recommendations of the National Notary Association

WHAT WE WILL DO

• • • • • • Mask Wearing – Wear masks in public settings and when around people who don’t live in your household, especially when other social distancing measures are difficult to maintain.

• • • • • • Social Distancing – also called “physical distancing,” means keeping a safe distance (of at least 6 feet  or about 2 arms’ length between yourself and other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Note: We understand Social Distancing as defined may not always be possible as we Notarize documents or perform Loan Signings for you, but we will make every reasonable accommodation to safely distance.

• • • • • • Hand Washing –  frequently washing your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.

• • • • • • PPE: We carry Personal Protective Equipment with us such as Masks, Hand Sanitizer and alcohol wipes and we use these during and or between appointments.

• • • • • • Pens – if you do not have your own pen available for the Notarization or Signing, we will provide a new pen to you.

• • • • • • Sickness – We will not accept an assignment if we are feeling ill have been outside of the United States in the last 14 days or if we have knowledgeable that we have been exposed to COVID-19.

In exchange, we ask that you notify us of the following when scheduling an appointment:

• • • • • • • • Have you recently been or are sick or running a fever?
              • Have you been exposed to someone that has been diagnosed as having COVID-19
              • Have you recently traveled outside of the United States.

• • • • • • After Restrictions are lifted, some signers may still be especially susceptible to contracting COVID-19 therefore we will  honor requests to use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks and gloves — and use hand sanitizer and cleansing wipes — when meeting signers.

WHAT WE WILL NOT DO:

• • • • • • Violate City State or Local Health Safety orders
          • Violate Basic Notarization Rules or proper Notary procedures.
